John Miclean

John is a graduate of UCLA where he earned a B.A. in English Literature. He later received an M.Div. from Northpark Theological Seminary. John and his wife Janet served the church in the area of Student and Family ministry for many years, until he decided to join his father in the family business in 2001. He now owns and operates Miclean Tax and has been preparing tax returns for over 10 years. He enjoys getting to know his clients and hearing about their lives; that is what makes tax work enjoyable for John. He has been married to his wife Janet for 23 years and they have two children, Kate and Ian. John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hitting the road on his motorcycle, and reading voraciously. He is a strong supporter of Peninsula Covenant Church and their work in our community and in the world.
