John is an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest credential the IRS awards, earned through rigorous testing and continuing education. As an EA, he is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS on audits, collections, and appeals, anywhere in the country.

Kate keeps the practice running and is often the first friendly voice clients reach. She coordinates appointments, documents, and the steady communication that makes tax season feel manageable rather than stressful.
Ian Miclean
Ian leads marketing for the practice, bringing a digital marketing, SEO, and web background to how Miclean Tax Service reaches and serves the Bay Area. He built and maintains this site so clients can find the firm and get in touch with ease.
